Commercial & Industrial
Commercial and industrial customers tend to be large users of electricity with sites located across the United States. Their operations are conducted on property and in buildings which they own. These customers are looking most to stabalize and lower their long term electricty costs via clean energy. Though lowering costs is often the most important factor in their renewable energy decision, many times the customer is also implementing their own sustainability strategy. This may include LEED accredidation, or simply a company-wide policy implementing energy efficiency and sustainable practices.

Educational
Educational customers span from elementary facilities to higher education institutes, including technical colleges and universities. In most cases, educational customers are tax exempt. Schools benefit from the combination of both the economic justification of renewable energy projects, but also the inherent educational value of hosting a renewable energy project on campus. These customers value the educational aspects of their renewable energy system for the lowered cost of electricity, but more importantly the curriculum the clean energy provides for the benefit of the students and faculty. We develop unique solutions for educational customers that best fit their specific location's goals. This can include anything from on-campus kiosks for real-time energy monitoring to archiving real data so students and faculty can conduct reseach and analysis on their living renewable energy laboratory. We work with these customers' individual situations to best monetize any and all potential benefits to bring a lower long-term cost of renewable energy.

Municipal
Municipal customers include state department agencies, local city and township governments, and their affiliates. In most cases, municipal customers are tax exempt. We work with these customers' individual situations to best monetize any and all potential benefits to bring a lower long-term cost of renewable energy. In addition to stabalizing electricity costs, municipal customers benefit from renewable energy installations because of the municipality's ability to preserve and manage spending wisely over a multi-decade timeframe, while having access to low cost debt. A municipal renewable energy project provides the benefit of demonstrating wind and solar energy technologies to the local community, as well as providing Renewable Energy Credits to the local economy.
